Refund Policy

The full Career Blueprint is a one-time digital purchase of $12.99 (USD). There is no recurring subscription. Upon successful payment you receive immediate digital access to the full Career Blueprint for the assessment session you purchased it for.

Refund eligibility

Because the Career Blueprint is a digital product delivered instantly and accessible immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, we will consider refund requests in the following situations:

• You were charged in error, or charged more than the posted price.
• The purchased Blueprint could not be accessed due to a technical failure on our side that we could not resolve within a reasonable time.
• A duplicate charge occurred.

We do not provide refunds simply because you change your mind after receiving the digital product, or because results did not lead to a specific outcome (see our AI & Career Disclaimer). Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Contact therightpathtest@protonmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order details. Include the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order identifier. We will review and respond to your request within a reasonable time.

Processing

Approved refunds, where issued, are processed back through the original payment method by our payment processor, subject to that processor’s own processing times.
